But the point of training is to be able to fly anything when you're through. Not right away of course, but you don't learn on a robbie so you can fly a robbie, any more than you would learn on a 47 so you can fly a 47. (though I did and did!)

 

Most helicopters have a collective, cyclic and a set of pedals.

 

Learn how to use them, and you will be able to fly them all...

I trained at Bighorn Helicopters aswell. Paul Bergeron, Richard Alzetta and Luca Rebetti there to replace Jen Theil. Fine Insrtructors!!! One of the best decisions I ever made was to go to that school, working since graduation! no regrets whatsoever

Well there must be more than just me around but here goes, I'm ex-military, wrote my exams before I left the Air Force and still making a living flying helos. But I did do my mountain course with Highland Helis in Castlegar, flew with Cec Hildebrand and loved the course.
