Skytied
Hi! I am getting ready to write my PSTAR at my school and do the Radiotelephone Operator Cert. at the same time (for which I am studying right now). The only reference I was told about is the RIC-21 Circular - ric21.pdf. I wonder if anyone knows of any other documents/resources/exercises/quizzes I could use in order to practice for this exam. Many thanks!
Guest graunch1
Check with Industry Canada if they have anything else. I know it is a very simple test ie phonetics and a bit of frequency info. I did it but that was back in 1970 when all they had was tin cans, string and lamps
wridon
Industry Canada handles the RRTOC. For information on the web go to : http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/SSG/sf01372e.html . The Information Circular you indicated should be all you need, but if you want more, this is where you should find it. Good Luck.
Skytied
graunch1 -- Please! 1970! wridon -- Thanks . I''ll need it (luck I mean). The examiner at my school is leaving this week-end for 2 weeks and he suggested that I do it today or tomorrow. So basically I''ll have one evening to study only... Or else I''ll have to wait for two weeks before I can solo... But hey! I can do it!
Guest graunch1
Seems like yesterday Problem is, many of the a/c I worked on then are still in operation today. Talk about a re-cycling industry
