Earcups

Hey everyone,

 

I finished putting in my new zetaliner from Oregon aero. It has improved the helmet comfort 100% but my earcups are a little tight. I am wondering if you can buy diffrent thickness earcups for the sph-4 helmet. I tried my david clark gels but they are to small.

Hey Norm, here are you flying now.

Yup I am doing some flying and loving it to!! I made a mistake in my origional post. It's not the earcups it the replacable ear seals that are tight.

Solved my problem, I couldn't get the David Clark gels to fit so I got creative and cut the little plastic edge off them and double sided taped them to the plastic earcups in the helmet. If they don't stick I'll just use a little dab of silicone on them. But my helmet fits great now just have to give it a trial run in the machine next flight.

I am working as a co-pilot on a 212 (getting a few hours in).
