I don't know the operator of Panorama but a guy i worked with had to appear in court this spring to testify against them for some things that they were doing with their aircraft that were not on the up and up.... <_<

big stories with nothing ...the agent sieze the helicopter for 15 minutes....then gave it back ................i know personally those people..belive me they is NO POCHING at all in that cases..........let's see in court what will happen............journalist are good to put up a big story in a paper..........wait and see what happen :blink::blink::blink:

Well, as far a giving the helicopter back; maybe he was bonded or had to post a bond. Truckers have bonds also. Such as you see when you see trucks driving down the highway, it says bonded carrier on the side. It ain't over yet.

 

Still on the otherside of the coin, I've slung moose before for a hunter, but the feds were made aware that I was recouvering a moose that the hunter had shot the day before. Its always better to ask the questions before hand than to plead ignorance to the law.

If the globe and mail says the wildlife officers have pictures of the hunters on the ground and the helicopter in the air, and a moose in sight within 24 hours of the ride from which they spotted it, they are going to be somewhat less-priveledged priveledged people.

 

And the pilot has broken the law...so...I guess we'll see what money can do. Probably the pilot will be the only one who has any serious discomfort.
