External Load Manual

Has anyone come across an external load manual for SOP's and rigging procedures?? Looking for additional tools to provide our customers with a more comprehensive safety briefing. Have very high turnover rates with ground crews which leads to some pretty 'interesting' ideas for rigging loads. I am hoping to find an existing document of some kind to incorporate photographs or even diagrams of proper rigging practises. Anyone??

In the olden days Ontario Hydro had an excellent manual for crane operations that was very useful for helicopter external load ops.
