Class 4 Instructors

Just a quick question...Once you reach your 250 Pic to qualify for your class 4 instructor rating, I've heard some FTU will pay you training if you stay with them for an amount of time?? Or, take some money of your pay every month?? I'm about 92 hours away, just asking to see my options. Thanx

I paid for my own FI rating, and havent heard about anyone who got it paid for against a contract..

From what I hear , its not a huge lack of Class 4 FI in Canada, but they want Class 1.
