In your spare time please fix the following snags: replace the landing gear tunnel, Replace both forward windshields, Convert the A/C to B3 status, One skid tube is cracked but we only have 1 fixed float to replace it with sooooo...youll just have to come up with someway to get it on. We have decided you make too much, and during the contract your rate shall be reduced to the following: After you turn north at Yellowkinfe your daily wage will expire for the duration of the contract, and you shall pay the comapny 65 cents for every mile that you expect the company machine to take you. In camp you will be paid 20 canadian dollars per day. Breakfast will cost you 8.50, lunch 12.50, and dinner 35.00 US dollars. Showers will cost you 3 dollars per minute. Camp will be small and you will be expected to share a bed with 3 other driller shift workers. Your sleeping hours shall be from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Oh yeah, there will be no boose or porn in camp under court order. I've decided since everyone who has a machine is hiring, you can take your job and do something that is probably physically impossible with it. I will take my chances and look for work in YYC, or YVR or wherever as I don't need to be up north. This is a pretty unrealistic senario as the solution is pretty easy. Quit.

Ahhh Quantum, pretty good overall. The two owners are active pilots in the company. The company itself flys a ton of hours per year spread over 13 heli's. It has typical problems associated with sudden growth, but does try and do the right thing. They have some real talent in both the engineering pool and pilot pool. The longlining ability of the average guy is amazing, and they give excellent customer support. They are giving opportunities to low time pilots trying to build a core group for future supplies, and have some very positive traits that benefit the industry. The owners are appreciative of their employees and treat them quite well. ( they gave away a 50 inch sony plasma at the cristmas party as a thanks). Short staffing is thier biggest hurdle as I am sure most of the industry is. Overall it is nice to have an owner thank-you for your efforts, mean it, and not turn around and blame you for his/her problems. Just a thought. Cheers
