the trend of Dewey's posts is quite clear...hates eurocopter, loves Bell...we get it.....now try and add something constructive...or is that something you just can't do?

 

It's called constructive criticism. Get it! Just pointing out the areas that require improvement for their business agenda. If the don't react after hearing their customer's concerns for aftermarket support, it certainly demonstrates their apathy.

Since the answer has been given to the person asking I will go of topic.

Whether it is Bell or Eurocopter it doesn't seem to be slowing down the product demand when you are a 2-3 year wait for their product. We have delt with both and they both can be slow getting you answers and/or parts or fast in both area's.

What it boils down to is what product you want to operate (which is usually customer and terrain driven) and put up with the good and bad as far as the product support goes.
