This is sad news for the employees, and the students that have paid cash already.

BUT they all had several years of warnings.

 

Silver State has an appalling record of making huge promises that were never fulfilled.

AND they have plenty of law suits against them to prove it.

 

In the long term, this will be a good thing.

I just wish the owner had ended-up in jail rather than declaring bankruptcy first.

Just in case some of you want a piece of Silver State (or EOS Partners, its private equity investor)......

a class action suit for fraud has been launched against them.
