Pilot Training

Recommended Posts

For me; regular salary, plus any expenses, flight hours considered as Non/rev i.e. no flight pay.

When I was a contractor on a big daily rate, or big flight-hour rate I only got paid expenses on training days......but I always negotiated a guarantee of minimum days or hours over the whole season that evened all of this stuff out.

Borntofly.......Interesting timing here.....did your boss just go to HAI and talk to other Operators about what us minions, serfs and pawns should be paid ???

the chief pilot was busy so i have to drive there 4 times to do everything....250km per day.

Last year they gave us regular daily rate...so now.....i'm not very happy!
