About the same amount you find in a Jetranger, this engine is very similar to the 250-C20.

I am wondering how this one is connected to the main transmission?

Is it a belt system as in the R44, or do they connect the two Via a shaft.

I think you'll find its a shaft going into the transmission at 45 degrees. It might explain the extra height of the 66.......

I managed to track down a photo of the R66, Expanded it to where you could see that they have installed the engine similar to a Hughes 500 installation, which makes sense for the design.

I tried to post the photo here with no success.
