Narrative: Un Bell 206 exploité par Les Hélicoptères Canadiens, effectuait un vol selon les règles de vol à vue (VFR) depuis Montréal/Trudeau (CYUL) à destination de Montréal/Les Cèdres (CSS3). Peu après son départ, l'hélicoptère s'est écrasé sur la glace du Lac St-Louis à environ cinq milles nautiques de l'aéroport, près de Pointe-Claire. Le pilote, seul à bord, a pu être rejoint par cellulaire. Il a été secouru par les policiers de Montréal vers 0130Z et a été conduit à l'hôpital. Le pilote n'aurait subi que des blessures mineures. L'hélicoptère a été détruit. Une perte de référence visuelle (Voile blanc ou White Out) pourrait être à l'origine de l'accident.
