Flight School Analysis

As well as training for my licenses I am also getting my degree in Aviation Business. One of the questions posed to me in class was "how does your flight school provide a unique flight training solution that satisfies the need of its students in either becoming professional pilots or recreational pilots" I have particularly picked my instructors brains on every subject from financing, maintenance, and the economy, to teaching techniques, and the aircrafts themselves in comparison to other schools.

I just wanted to know any individuals thoughts on how their school satisfies the question and where I can find information on standard insurance rates for Heli schools, avgas prices, and standard retail pricing for instructing aircraft.
