Occurrence Summary Date: 2014-10-30 Further Action Required: Yes O.P.I.: Commercial & Business Aviation Narrative: Rapport du BST n° A14Q0165: L'hélicoptère Robinson R22 Beta, immatriculé C-FIDI, exploité par Québec Hélicoptère inc. (faisant affaire sous le nom de Passport Hélico) effectuait un vol VFR local de formation depuis l'aéroport de Mascouche, QC (CSK3) avec seul le pilote à bord. Le pilote pratiquait le vol en stationnaire au-dessus d'un champ situé à l'aéroport lorsqu'il a perdu la maitrise de l'appareil et a percuté le sol. Le pilote n'a pas été blessé, toutefois l'appareil a subi des dommages importants.
