Working on a research project to identify contacts (private, state, regional, federal) and best practices for Rotorcraft Disaster and Emergency response. Interested in interviewing anyone with experience in real world disaster operations, logistical support, planning and coordination especially those private businesses/firms/companies who worked closely (ie executed rotorcraft SAR/Support/Recovery missions) within the government/military system during Katrina or SEA Tsunami response.
