A quick question for you experienced pilots.

Would it be beneficial to do a turbine ratting before looking for employment in Canada if you already have a Canadian CPL, and 1400hrs of Bush flying in pistons.

 

Any thoughts greatly appreciated as I am getting conflicting thoughts. Some say a chief pilot will not look at you with out it and others a saying that any good company would want to train you there own way and it is a waste of time.
