As far as I'm aware If a Canadian Operator wants to bring in a Foreign National to fill a Pilot spot through the Employer Specific Work Permit Program they need to prove they can't get a Canadian to fill that spot. If they're successful then the Government will issue an LMIA which is valid up to 6 months. To apply for this option your Job Title needs to fall under one of the Teer Categories.
