  1. I see Talon had one of their 365s on the Peace River Fire a few days ago. Not sure if there was Night ops or not!
  2. I believe the Canadian employer has to advertise the position for a full month and then show proof if there was no interest from local workers!
  3. Sorry wrong link. As far as I'm aware If a Canadian Operator wants to bring in a Foreign National to fill a Pilot spot through the Employer Specific Work Permit Program they need to prove they can't get a Canadian to fill that spot. If they're successful then the Government will issue an LMIA which is valid up to 6 months. Once this is issued the worker can begin the process of coming to Canada. https://www.canadim.com/blog/canadian-immigration-program-right/ https://www.canadim.com/work/lmia/ The other option is applying for Permanent Residency under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (Express Entry). To apply for this option your Job Title needs to fall under one of the Teer Categories. I checked and the flying position falls under Teer 2 (Air Pilots, Flight Engineers & Flying Instructors). https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html
