Not sure of the cost break down of the overhaul kit but I wouldn't be surprised. Blades are super expensive. What the others have said about the kit being 70k is accurate up to this Fall as far as I know. You can call any Robinson Service Center, they'll be able to tell you exactly.

 

You should also know these overhauls take quite a bit of time. Unless it's a big operation most shops have to get a lot of third parties involved. Engine rebuilds, NDTs, paint, avionics, a lot of that is outsourced and that takes time. Ever since VIH gave up their service center designation, I don't think there is a single source provider that can do a Robinson overhaul in house on the Island.

 

The two I'm involved with took/has taken 3 or 4 months for these reasons.
