they have to make a yes/no decision by 2013 and construction must start by 2015. Getting that many companies to agree on all the terms will be difficult.

 

The JRP wants to drag it out to see if gas prices will come back up.

 

Also getting all the aboriginal group to 100% agree is a process on it's own

Yeah, best of luck on that. It opens a lot of great opportunities and sounds like a lot of enjoyable flying is to be had.
