As I was born in raised in Langley....I watched the YNJ airport grow at quite a rate over the years especially promoting the helicopter industry for business. People that bought around the airport were up in arms over the activity....seems as though with all the expanding residential housing around it, prospective buyers when inquiring about the noise where told by realtors that "the airport will be closing soon" to perhaps push that sale.

A couple that did just that, then actually took the culprit realtor and its company to court....needless to say, realtors now have a different tune to their sales approach these days....:)

Don't you just love a happy ending,,!!!??!!!
