If you are refering to the liners under the helmet, I have known a few pilots that have purchased welder caps at Princess Auto. Very inexpensive and do the trick. It's not a fashion show as they are under your "lid".

 

They sell them individually or in packs of 24.

I tried all the above and then found the 'Underarmour' skull caps worn by the NFL players. Available at most sports shops and much more superior to all the other options. Mine are over 5yrs old now and going strong. Get the black one... the white one makes you look like a *****.
