Ground Crew Headsets

Just wondering what kind of head sets you guys have been using for the ground crews (ie sling support, hot re-fueling). I heard the logging ground support guys use throat mics ? Any sugestions would be great.

I saw the ground crew guys refueling the Conair tankers useing the same set up. I looks very professional copared to the hard hats with headphones cliped on that most spray ops use. Is that standard equipment is Swiss World???
