Might be out of my depth here>>>but I doubt you'll find much for accreditation (Canadian or otherwise). Aircraft appraisal can be done by anyone and as such it's not directly tied to any regulations TC or FAA (that I'm aware of). In other words there is no regulatory body that has any interest as the appraisal function isn't tied to airworthiness but simply serves as a consumer protection device and/or advice for insurance purposes. Could be wrong here but I'm pretty sure I'm at least in the ballpark on this one.
