A surprising Twist!

I have heared that a prominent Cheif Engineer has ''volunteered'' to become a line engineer again, at a ''Dominant'' IFR or EMS operation in Eastern Canada. What is happening there? Are things unravelling rapidly?

The ''optics'' are certainly not the best. Doesn''t sound like the same outfit I knew.

Was there a VFR Chief Engineer in Les Cedres (last I heard , GL) and a Head 76/EMS/IFR Engineer at the Halifax base, or is it the same position, or rather, which one are we talking about?

I know my question doesn''t make much sense but I''m confused

As I know them both, I can''t go wrong with a "Howdy Hvychop!"

OK, let''s give this a shot. FA claims a "Prominent Chief Engineer" at CHL (who else flies EMS in the East?) took a step back. Hvychop claims it isn''t himself, but he''s neither the Chief Engineer IFR or VFR, or a third Chief Engineer??? Would you be the fourth Chief Engineer?
