As you appear to be a new person in the industry, I would caution you about releasing information that you may not be qualified to release.

 

We all look for the latest information, and want to be the first to be informed, but even though you are privy to "inside" information in the company, doesn't always mean you can share.

 

It may be a non issue in this case, but sometimes we know what we can't tell. Even seemly innocent remarks, can have far reaching consequences later on.

 

As I said maybe not that important this time, but do be careful, to protect yourself and others.
