It's been a while since I wrote that test and I can't for the life of me remember what PSTAR stands for if I ever knew at all. Do you have any idea?

 

 

This examination is called the Student Pilot Permit or Private Pilot Licence for Foreign and Military Applicants, Aviation Regulation Examination, the computer code for which is PSTAR. :ninja:
