It's not just the engine.

 

Different:

 

Rotor head

Transmission

Tail rotor

Tail rotor gearbox

Oil cooler blower

Composite deck for oil cooler

Larger diameter oil lines

Servo support

Nr gauge

Torque gauge

Segmented t/r driveshafting.

 

You will need approvals from Bell to convert.

Doesn't Bell SI 206-112 cover the whole deal?

 

I was answering from home so I didn't know the document number.

So yes, this Service Instruction is the only approval you need from Bell.

 

But you still have to fill out a 'major modification' form from Transport.
