JRK38
My back is already taking a beating with these fires and I feel like I’m sitting on a milk crate for 8 hours a day! what’s the best size and profile height for the bell medium? Opinions from people have tried multiple styles would be greatly appreciated!
Zazu
Just measure your seat. Get one closest. The one w/ a adjustable valve to drain it to your comfort level while sitting in it, is best. Life changing. And a lot of people hate me for saying it, but regular sit ups, planks and core work of your choice will take your recovery and seat endurance to a whole new level.
JRK38
No amount of sit ups can fix a seat cushion that’s 40-60 years old! 2 4

500driver
16 inch square fits the medium seat without bulging over the edges. I have the three inch model. Happy with it so far.
