vortex Posted December 9, 2022 Report Share Posted December 9, 2022 In the NTSB report the maintenance records show they changed 2 disk packs on the forward driveshaft due to "broken" in the month prior to the crash. DGP Posted December 12, 2022 Report Share Posted December 12, 2022 Part of my di on 407 or 206 was to give the tailboom a light push to see if that boom was attached properly.
