Give these guy's a call: Double Dutch Ltd.

They have both electric and non-electric ball bearing swivels that will meet your needs at a good price. I bought the electric one for our 205 long line and it works great. The price was an introductory price of 995.00 CAD no gst this spring, not sure if it's the same still. The non-electric was priced at 195.00 2.5 ton and 320.00 CAD for 5 ton.

The guy to talk to is Jack Barzilay.
