I would like to know if anyone has worked for or has infromation about Gulf Helicopters, in Doha, Qatar. Any information about the middle east would be welcome, beyond the basic company website, and Google search on the region.

Thanks in advance!

I used to work for saudi aramco in Saudi Arabia, but not in aviation. 18yrs in country. some of our pilots are at gulf currently. I'm at school in florida with about 3 or 4 Gulf Heli pilots.

last I heard they wanted 500hrs, FAA CPL & FAA IFR for first officer gigs

Well Deuce, That is certainly to the point

Yeah.

Sometimes I'm speechless. Not very often mind you but sometimes.

Actually It would be more accurate to say they sucked two years ago when I was there. My informants tell me that they really REALLY suck now. With a voracious sucking sound.

But basically they just suck.

Deuce:

How many times have I told you not to hold back on yer true feelings - big stress factor there!

Tell us how you really feel - we, your friends, will listen and then rip your opinion to shreds. This is very good for you and amusing for us.

Wait till Red Dawg surfaces. I am sure we will see something brilliant coming off his launch pad.
