Bee3
Hello all, It’s time to replace the dark visor on my LH250. After recommendations. Should I stick with the standard Gallet tinted/dark/whatever it’s called visor or try the chrome gradient ones that you can get?? Thanks in advance. ironpilot
I guess that would be personal preference does anybody that you work with have the gradient lense so you can just look through it and see if you like it ?

That’s a good idea but I havnt come across anyone using one yet. Maybe I’ll just roll the dice and order one.
Hazy
I have the Gallet 250 and used to have a gradient in a gentex. Awful for winter ops, was getting glare off of the snow through the bottom of the lens.

Bif
Slightly off topic but does anyone use amber/yellow glasses when flying in the winter? I down sized to an LH050 with a dark visor but I'm considering finding some thin framed amber glasses to have for overcast days in the mountains
ironpilot
I only use the Amber lense on the helmet but I’m guessing it would be similar

I went the other way around. I have a yellow visor in my 050, and use a pair of thin framed Sunny’s when I need them.
