no downsizing...........

 

boss came in and sent 5 engineers and 5 apprentices packing. had to pay out their contracts ect.

 

couple days later he thought..."D@#*", that was dumb"... and started to call them all back. 2 of the engineers came back.

 

so if they were short engineers before...they are down another 3........... :blink:

 

and no....i can't explain it...................
