1. I have flown(hovered) a mini 500 and they feel like a (insert reference to something flimsy and terrifying). I was also too chicken to do a circut in it ( I'm with you on this one Bob) as the blades are about as big as fettucini noodles and may not have the inertia I look for.

2. I also have delt with the kelowna office after handing in my endorsement form and getting my license signed waited until the temp. one expired, and phoned to find that there was not record. By that time I was back on Vancouver Island and had to fax a copy of the signed license to them in order to prove that I did actually fill out the paperwork and pay my fees.

Don't remember who I delt with (2003).

If you get yourself in a machine without knowing, whoring, about safe curvesYy....i got to say... but will keep it in my mind. Just check this auto by a mosquito...You'll be surprised how good inertia is. Perso, i wouldn't fly a rotax or what ever engine it is, but the turbine seems quite good. :)

yup, inertia in a feather-weight rotor system is fine when everything happens perfectly. what happens when you're a little slow putting the pole down? or when you need some extra lift on the bottom end?

those that trained in little light helicopters, did with the goal that they would never have to fly them again ;) at least this pilot did...
