Why is it that everyone now spells "Lose" as "loose"?

 

Maybe we need to start slapping teachers.

 

You may say "my moose meat is loose", or "I don't want to lose my moose meat", but they have quite different meanings.

You're right RTR. Drives me nuts as well. Not that I am an English Major by any means but this helps me a lot. I use it more than I care to admit. Just right click on any text you type.
