Not wanting to get into a pppssss contest and having read the full report, I think you will be amazed at what they get.

 

Blame is to be distributed from the top down.

 

Inspections had been carried out by the so-called respective authorities and they were aware of the company mode of operation.

 

The blame starts with the government, then the owner and then the so-called AME's.

 

The lawyers should have fun with this one.

 

If I was the pax, I'd sue the be-jesus out of the government for allowing this type of operation to exist.
