Eurocopter Support

If anyone has the complete survey I would like to see it. In the past there were significant regional differences in the level of support. There were 860 respondants so it seems to be fairly broad based ( And I am sure some of the pilots even talked to their mechs ).

Like Black Mike, I too am a Longranger guy. Never considered AStars having any edge over me. Never had a problem with Bell parts support.

What is nice about this year's survey is that there are a lot of international comments, I can remember some from Japan, some from Turkey, some from South America. So it is now more than the US of A.

 

What I found funny is a guy that has a 76 saying his aircraft is bad for parts support because of the Turbomeca engine It's really bad when you get pulled down by your engine guy :angry:

All Eurocopter comments are in jest- Being the only LongRanger guy surrounded with 10 Astars in the area, I have developed this attitude- good or bad, it just happened. They are all fine machines, I have worked beside all kinds, each with their quirks-(including Bell)

 

I like Dodge better than Ford trucks too.- same difference, same arguments.
