Two things:

 

1) I've forwarded your comment to the appropriate people.

 

2) With regards to your inability to send PMs. Follow these instructions:

 

a) Click on My Controls near the top of the page

Goto Options ->Board Options

c) You'll find one of the options is "Disable Personal Messager". Make sure it's set to "No"...
