Why not....I've had free fall people jump out from a helicopter a couple of times :shock: !!!

 

Permits can be had from T.C. for such activities!

and they need better instruction on hower exiting the helicopter

Only thing wrong I see is a helicopter in a bad spot if the engine quits. No reason to believe they don't have the permits. Just an expensive diving board is all.
