Hey Bag Swinger sounds like you worked for Ruperts Land Heli another fine reputable company.

Oops did I mention a companies name? Thats to bad, I once was offered a job (and I use the word job for a lack of a better term) by this company but I decided to take my chances else where that was the best move I ever made

Funny thing that Ruperts Land Operations would be compared with Icefield Helicopters. This company is notorious for bending the rules. I would like to change bending to breaking. He hires new guys every year, because no self respecting pilot would stay with him for more then 2 years. The owner always blames the pilots or the industry instead of taking some responsibility himself. This is going on ever sense the company started. It will never change. When you work for Ruperts Land you are his slave, or so he thinks until you quite. You are treated very poorly. I’m not even going to get started explaining the story behind Ruperts Land, but when compared to Icefield Helicopters he is just as bad. If you can stay clear of this company.

Hey Bag Swinger,

It sounds like your company is doing pretty well at picking up the low timers.

And looks like a few more are intrested.

Some of these comments paint a Ugly picture of Ralph whom I have known for over 20 years.

In my opinoin and yes I have worked for Him, I was treated pretty well considering all the NO's I heard on my road trips from other Operators.

I think that the some of new pilots out there may not done enough research on the Employment Opportunities for low timers.

I knew how hard it was and it took me over 5 years to get going.

I am making a living, and enjoy going to work Every Day. :D
